- ZYR series reverse osmosis pure water machine is an automatic control with low power water treatment system which is specially designed for simple experiments, glassware washing, reagent preparation, microbiological examination, students analysis and some basic laboratory water usage.
Features and Advantages
1. RO water, deionized water, or ultrapure water respectively.
Cartridges replacing alarm function, based on time and water quality, show cartridges´ used and residual life.
2. Multiple alarm function: no feed water, full water, water quality´s standard exceeding, and cartridge life ending.
3. Auto self-flushing of RO membrane function, extend RO membrane´s life.
4. System sanitizing procedure, achieve the disinfection of ultrapure water´s tube and valve.
5. External water tanks is optional to meet different need and assure ample water-supply.
6. Whole plastic shell with high-strength, avoid rusting and keep clean, to meet GLP standard.
7. 2 door and easy-to-replacing cartridge design, convenient to maintain system and replace cartridges.
8. Tube and adapter with NSF authorization and top quality, reduce TOC level and assure ultrapure water´s quality.
9. Optimized pretreatment (including PP fiber, KDF and active carbon cartridge), effectively protect RO membrane.
10 High quality RO module membrane, ensure long life, stable operation and high desalinization rate.
11. DOW´s top polishing resin, ensure ultrapure water´s quality up to 10 MΩ.cm, with the lowest TOC level.
The proess flow
1. Pretreatment system: PP cotton + AC +G-PHOS;
1.1 5um PP cotton: filtrate sediment, silt, rust, suspended matter, algo, colloid and other particles.
1.2 Active carbon filter: adsorb free chlorine, pigment, smell and parts of microorganism.
1.3 G-PHOS: prevent formation of CaCO3 and MgCO3 and change hard water to soft water.
2. RO membrane: It has high removal rate more than 99% for high valent ions, colloids, bacteria and organic matter (including endotoxin) with molecular weight greater than 300Dalton.
3. ZYR-II Ultra pure system: Ion exchange resin using H + exchange cation out the water in the filter ,using OH- exchange anions out the water , the replaced H + and OH- combined to produce H2O, ultra-purified column filling the United States Dow UPW-450 Ultra-pure water for nuclear grade resin, the water resistance of up to 8-10 MΩ.cm.
