The process flow

1. PLC touch screen-- intelligence and color;

2. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter.

3. Quartz sand filter-- get rid of silt, rust, ago, turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, ect.

4. Active Carton filter--Adsorb the residual chlorine, smell, color, part microorganism, harmful matter, ect.

5. Softener resin--exchange Ca2+ and Mg2+ to get soft water.

6. Security filter--filtrate micro-particles, bacteria, viruses whose accuracy is larger than 5um and protect the into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um.

7. High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane.

8. 1# RO membrane-- remove more than 99% ions, bacteria, salt, microorganism, heavy ions, colloid,emdotoxin and other particles in the water.

9. PH regulator-- adjust the PH of water.

10. High pressure pump--offer pressure to precision filter.

11. 2# RO membrane-- remove more than 99% ions, bacteria, salt, microorganism, heavy ions, colloid,emdotoxin and other particles in the water.

11. Precision filter--prevent microparticles whose diameter is more than 1um into EDI module.

12. EDI module-- produce 15-18.25MΩ.cm ultrapure water.
