Working Principle:

Horizontal decanter centrifuges consist primarily of conical rollers, screw thrusters, differential systems,bearing pedestals, brackets, housings, primary and auxiliary motors and electrical systems. The main motor drives the drum, and the auxiliary motor drives the planetary differential to produce a drum and a spiral differential. The centrifuge can be continuously separated by the powerful centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation.
The drum and the auger rotate at a certain speed difference and high speed. The material continuously enters the screw feed chamber from the feed tube and then accelerates into the drum. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the heavier solid phase deposition forms a sedimentary layer on the drum wall. The solid deposit is continuously pushed to the tapered end of the screw pusher drum and dried in the drying zone discharged from the slag discharge port. The lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring that continuously overflows the drum from the overflow outlet at the large end of the drum and exits the machine through the outlet.
