Introduction

Rapid Bovine tuberculosis TB Ab test kit using a rapid immunochromatographic test for detection serum or plasma in bovine tuberculosis antibody. After the sample is added to the loading hole,The colloidal gold labeled TB antigen will move along with chromatographic membrane together. When anti-TB antibody is present in the sample, it shows a red-wine color when it binds to the antigen on the detection line. If there is no TB antibody in the sample, then no color reaction occurs.

Procedure

1) Collect whole blood 0.5-1ml, separate serum (centrifuge at 3000 r/min for 3~5min or separate out naturally at 4℃ overnight)Allows serum to naturally precipitate. Hemolysis, bacterial blood, lipemia, and jaundice should be avoided in order to prevent erroneous results..

2) Open the package, take out test device, put it on clean, flat desk.

3) Using a dropper as a pipette, obtain serum or plasma 10ul (black line), add to rectangle well on test device.

4) Wait 1 minutes.

5) Take 3 drops of buffer to the oval well.

6) At this time will see the wine red liquid flow through the observation window. Read test result in 15-20minutes , results in other time is invalid.

Interpretation of the test

1） Positive：Both on T Line and C line being seen wine-red color reaction, and the more antibody exist, the thicker the color appear.

2） Negative：no color reaction on Test Line (T Line),only on Control Line(C Line) being seen wine-red color reaction.

3） Invalid：No color reaction on C Line.

Stability and Storage

Store at 2 - 30ºC and the shelf life is 24 months.

Precautions

1) Do not use test kit out of date and bad package;

2) Excessive additions can lead to false positive results, and too few samples can have false negative results. Therefore, please control the amount of the sample as shown in the figure.

3)Do not use pure water, running water and normal saline as negative control;

4) Store at room temperature (< 30℃) is OK. If store in cool, need return to room temperature firstly, then open package, avoid moisture. Use the test kit as soon as possible after open the package.

5) Do not touch the white membrane surface in   the middle of test card.

6) If the serum can not be tested immediately, store at 4℃ for short time (in 48hours), store at below -20℃ for long-tern storage.

7) The antibody level is only related to darkness of T line, no relation with C line. Only the C line is clean to see, it means the test is valid.

8) Treat the test kit and sample at pollutant according to local regulations.
