【Principle of Test】
The kit is using competitive colloidal gold immunoassay method. sample is added to sample hole, if there is Aflatoxin B1 in samples, it will combine with marked antibodies, prevent the marked antibodies from combining the Aflatoxin B1 antigens of NC nitrocellulose membrane.
If Aflatoxin B1 contents in sample solution are greater than detection limit, the test line will not display color reaction and the result is positive; If Aflatoxin B1 contents in sample solution are less than detection limit, the test line will display purple and the result is negative.
