Easy and fast sampling
The Homogenizer Bags have an additional welding on one side at the bag opening. This clever welding allows tilting the bag over the side for that  the content cannot run out. Samples can now be removed quickly and easily. The rest of the handling of the Homogenizer Bags is as usual as the additional welding has no significant effect on the opening and filling.

The filter insert is integrated in the upper zone of the bag thus has no contact with the content during sample homogenization. Therefore, the filter cannot be blocked or damaged during homogenization. Only when the bags are tilted after homogenization, the bag content gets in contact with the filter. Thus, plate counts using Inlabtec Homogenizer Bags with and without filter inserts are comparable as the sample homogenization is unaffected by the filter.

The Inlabtec Homogenizer Bags are made ​​of tough food grade polyethylene for safe and reliable operation with all standard 400 ml homogenizers. For storage and convenient sampling the Inlabtec Rack accommodates up to 5 bags. For sampling, the rack is tilted over the back edge. The Homogenizer Bags together with the defined slope of the Rack prevents the escape of liquid. Therefore sampling is easy and quick without any contamination and carry over risks.

Safe and clean working

Universally applicable up to 500 ml
For sample collection if more than 150 ml are in the Inlabtec Homogenizer Bags, the rack is tilted on the rack tilter. The top position of the rack Tilter is for 150-350 ml and the lower position for 350-500 ml bag contents. Thus, samples can be removed over the entire volume range of Homogenizer Bags - simply, quickly and safely. The rack is made of stainless steel and fully autoclavable.
