Creative Biogene Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Real Time RT‐PCR Kit is used for the detection of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa in samples like sputum, wound excretion, food, stool, urine, C.S.F, blood by using real time PCR systems. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a common Gram-negative, rod-shaped bacterium that can cause disease in plants and animals, including humans. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Pseudomonas Aeruginosa. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
