Studying the mechanism of action of Coronaviruses, especially SARS-VoD and COVID-19, diagnostic reagents and therapeutic drugs certainly engages various proteins, such as full-length spike protein, S1 protein, S2 protein, S1 RBD protein, N protein, S protein and ACE2 protein.
 
It is well known that certain amount of protein molecules unavoidably adsorbs to the wall surface of typical polypropylene plastic-based containers and laboratory consumables which are utilized in common for protein research and detection, thus leading to a significant loss of reagents and deviations of experimental results, especially when trace amount of protein reagents is involved in the study.
