Oxford Global’s 8^th Annual Proteins and Antibodies Congress is Europe’s leading Congress on proteins and antibodies, bringing together over 350 senior-level decision makers working at the forefront of research into protein expression, purification and antibody therapeutics in Europe and the US. The Conference programme consists of world-class keynote addresses, industry case studies and academic led presentations to create an executive platform for high-level scientific discussion for experts working in protein and antibody expression.

 

The conference programme consists of four interactive streams:

        ·  Protein Expression and Characterisation

        ·  Therapeutic Antibodies and Alternative Scaffolds

 

On day one our panel of protein science experts will discuss how to overcome purification bottlenecks and optimize purification processes using novel integrated and continuous processing techniques. Our dedicated antibodies stream will host world-class speakers sharing case studies about novel antibody drug conjugates, antibody library design and cellular display platforms. Delegates will hear about how AstraZeneca generates and uses antibodies in their drug discovery research and how Pfizer is using early stage molecular assessment to enable antibody lead selection with optimal developability.

 

On Day two delegates will hear case studies about the latest innovations in protein expression and characterization, including an exciting presentation about how AstraZeneca is elucidating protein-ligand binding with novel methodologies, including HDX mass spectrometry and BSI. Our antibody industry leaders will also discuss their novel therapeutic antibody projects; delegates will hear about MedImmune’s research into antibodies to target regulatory T cells and NovImmune’s bispecific antibody platform.

 

Building on the success of previous years, our 8^th Annual Proteins and Antibodies Congress will be co-located with the 3^rd Annual Biosimilars and Biobetters Congress and the 2^nd Annual Peptides Congress. Delegates are able to access all of the presentations at the three co-located Congresses, maximising their learning and networking opportunities.
