This congress will have 4 interactive streams:

- Target Based Discovery

- Screening & Assays: Enabling Technologies

- Discovery Chemistry & Drug Design

- Supporting Innovation: Translational Approaches & Informatics Tools

 

Topics to be covered range from exciting screening tools, computer aided drug discovery, overcoming issues with metabolism and off-target liabilities, the role of kinetics in drug discovery and more. Day one focuses on a high-level strategy discussion; what are the key strategies for Drug Discovery moving forwards? How can we reinvigorate drug discovery pipelines? There will also be a stream dedicated to the latest developments in Screening and Assays tools and research, which will update delegates about the novel approaches to hit finding being used in different companies.

 

Day Two focuses on how can we best support Drug Discovery pipelines, looking first at software and computational tools for drug discovery and then in the second stream investigating the latest medicinal chemistry research.
