Overview:
We invite you to attend the 5th Next Generation Sequencing Conference, which is part of The Pan-Omics Summit and takes place on May 21-22, 2015 in Boston, MA.
Next generation sequencing has made it possible to obtain genetic information from biological systems by rapid and inexpensive methods. Therefore, the ability to analyze genomes and protein interactions has been accomplished. Now, the branches of next generation sequencing has expanded to single cell analyses, RNA sequencing approaches, and discoveries in the micrbiome space. The race for faster, cheaper, and higher precision sequencing approaches has been a constant goal for researchers so that there are improved methods in this field.
This meeting will provide attendees with a better understanding of developments in new next generation sequencing technologies alongside clinical applications. There will be a focus on medical sequencing for patient characterization in targeted therapies through vast methods like single cell and RNA sequencing. Implications for how diseases should be treated will be discussed through the examination of data produced from reputable assays.
Session topics include:
I. Current and Emerging Sequencing Technologies
II. Single Cell Genomics
III. RNA Sequencing
IV. Metagenomics and the Microbiome
V. Clinical Diagnostic Sequencing
VI. Leveraging Big Data for Biomedical Discoveries and Applications
Please join us for the opportunity to learn about recent updates and novel findings in research, share ideas with colleagues, and network with experts to advance next generation sequencing applications. We hope to see you there!
