Overview:
We invite you to attend the Pan-Omics Summit, which will take place May 21 - 22, 2015 in Boston, MA at the Hyatt Regency. This summit has four parallel tracks to discuss the developments and challenges in the popular omics areas listed below. Representatives from big pharma, academic institutions, and government research labs will present data on advances in new technology and case studies on therapeutic targets, molecular diagnostics, and integration of complex data.
The Pan-Omics Summit is comprised of these 4 co-located conferences:
5th Next Generation Sequencing
I. Current and Emerging Sequencing Technologies
II. Metagenomics and the Microbiome
III. Leveraging Big Data for Biomedical Discoveries and Applications
IV. Clinical Diagnostic Sequencing
V. RNA Sequencing
VI. Single Cell Genomics
2nd Metabolomics-Advances & Applications in Human Disease
I. Advances in Metabolite Markers
II. Metabolite Identification - Targets and Pathways
III. Computational Approaches to Assessing the Metabolome
IV. Technological Advances in Metabolomics
V. Clinical Applications of Metabolomics
Epigenomics & Novel Therapeutic Targets
I. Transcriptional Regulation
II. Novel Therapeutic Targets and Discovery
III. Pre-Clinical to Clinical Drug Development
IV. New Technological Advances
V. Epigenomic Biomarkers and Diagnostics
VI. Neurological Disorders and Other Diseases
Functional Genomics & Predictive Medicine
I. Molecular Diagnostics & Therapeutic Applications for Complex Human Diseases
II. Understanding Genomic Variation in Three Dimensions: Impact on Protein-Protein and Protein-Drug Interactions
III. Understanding Genomic Variation at the Cellular Level
IV. Approaches for Analyses and Integration of Complex Data
We encourage you to sign up for a summit pass in order to get the most comprehensive look at research, technology, and application in the field of omics. In addition to scientific presentations, dedicated networking sessions will allow you to form connections with numerous representatives from their respective institutions. Please join us for the opportunity to listen to recent updates and share ideas with colleagues. We hope to see you in Boston!
