The 1st International Conference on Bioinformatics and Biomedical Engineering (ICBBE2007) will be held on July 6-8, 2007 at one of the most beautiful universities in China, Wuhan University. ICBBE will bring together top researchers from Asian Pacific nations, North America, Europe and around the world to exchange research results and address open issues in all aspects of bioinformatics and biomedical engineering. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE proceedings, and the papers will be covered by EI index. Some accepted papers related to protein sciences can be published in Amino Acids (A SCI journal with impact factor more than 2).

Original papers are solicited, which have not been presented previously and describe new contributions in the areas suggested in the TOPICS. Papers should not exceed 4 pages, including all the text, references, figures, and tables. Articles should be written in English. All papers submitted for this conference will be peer-reviewed and accepted on the basis of their scientific merit and relevance to the conference topics.

Tutorials will be held at the conference area on July.6,2007.Speakers are invited to submit proposals to the Technical Program Chair.Tutorial proposals should include a brief summary and outline, statement of objectives,expected audience profile and a biographical sketch of speaker.
