April 2011, Hangzhou , China

Invitation

Dear Colleagues,

The 7 th CNHUPO Annual Congress and the 3 rd International Forum of Proteomics will be jointly held in the beautiful city of Hangzhou , China , April 2011. “Proteomics and Translational Medicine” will be the theme of this conference. The Conference aims to showcase the progress of science in proteome and translational medicine, in addition to promoting global collaborations and cultivating a new generation of scientists.

The International Conference on Proteomics and Translational Medicine 2011 in Hangzhou hopes to foster scientific discussion to advance the application of the blossoming field of proteomics and translational medicine to help better understand the biology behind human disease. A wide range of exciting and cutting-edge topics, from basic protein chemistry to the application of proteomics technologies to human and animal diseases, plants and other organisms, will be covered in various formats including mini-symposia, workshops, speaker sessions and poster sessions. Specifically, the conference will focus on topics ranging from proteomic-related translational medicine, informatics of protein science, visualizing human proteomes, chemical proteomics, disease proteomics, functional proteomics, and Proteomics Related Technologies.

There will also be an industrial exhibition showcasing the latest products and services in proteomics and translational medicine from around the world. With the active support of CNHUPO, IFP, Zhejiang University , BPRC and various scientific institutions, we are confident the conference enhances the contributions of proteome and translational medicine science to wide range of endeavors that impact on public health. We anticipate that over one thousand people from various related disciplines will participate in the conference.

Hangzhou is one of the most beautiful cities in China with its unique blend of ancient Chinese culture and stunning natural beauty of West Lake , the city’s centrally located attraction that is sure to impress.
