PRPF39 also termed as Pre mRNA processing factor 39 or PRP39 homolog is a 669 amino acid protein, which contains 7 HAT repeats and belongs to the PRP39 family. PRPF39 localizes in nucleus and may play a role in mRNA splicing.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, ELISA: 1:40000. Not yet tested in other applications.
