HYG / HDG/ HBG/DEG Series of Oil-free Air Compressors
HYG series of air compressors generate oil-free, pure, dry and filtered compressed air required for operating units of analytical instrument. They offer constant-flow compressed air for Atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS), gas chromatograph (GC), GC/MS, ICP, NM and other instrument.

Noiseless:
High quality noise-reducing sponge is attached in the silence box ,which can reduce the noises effectively.
Oil-free and dry air:
Atmospheric air is compressed without any contamination by oil. Single or double tower absorption dryers are used in the air compressor to ensure dry air.
Stable flow:
Dual-filters are used to get stable air flow.
Long life:
World-famous compressor head is used to ensure long life of the compressor.

The water chiller has provided for laboratory equipment, for instance XRD, XRF, AAS, ICP, ESCA, TEM, MRI, MBE, MOCVD, Electron probe, Laser, Vacuum Brazing Furnace, Oxygen/Nitrogen Analyzer, Thermal simulation tester, etc.

The YKKY series water chiller adopts the integrated structure; the unit includes: water circulation system, refrigeration system, and electric control system. The unit has used the high efficiency condenser, a slow-speed fan, in did not reduce the refrigeration quantity in the situation to reduce the system noise effectively. The electrical control has provided perfect system protection and the fault indicator function, further reduced unit’s failure rate, simultaneously has provided conveniently for the diagnosis.

The YKKY series water chiller has perfect protection. The breaker makes the short circuit protection. The compressor, the water pump, the fan have the overflow protection; the compressor has the overpressure protection. The water chiller will stop automatically when low-level water in tank, water temperature is too high or too low. The compressor will stop automatically when refrigeration system pressure is too high.
