【INTENDED USE】

Antisperm Antibody (AsAb) Test is a rapid and convenient immunochromatographic in vitro assay. This test is for the qualitative detection of human AsAb in serum、plasma at or above the cut off level of 65U/mL. An Antisperm Antibody (AsAb) Test is one of a group of blood tests primarily used to evaluate the level of antisperm antibody (AsAb) in infertile women with chronic salpingtis.

【RESULT INTERPRETATIONS】

Read the results in 10-15 minutes, red color in line C indicates a valid result, red color in line T indicates a positive result.

【STORAGE AND STABILITY】

1. Test device should be stored at temperature 4℃~30℃, the sealed pouch for the duration of the shelf time (24months). Do not freeze the test device. Do the test in 1 hour when you open the pouch.

2. The test device should be kept away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat.
