DT Series multi-channel pump head

DT15 pump head is designed for small and medium flow rate, multichannel fluid conveying.plug type card is convenient and quick to replace the hose. Pump head is equipped with high quality stainless steel roller and the card has the function of adjustment the gap of pressured tube. And two card can install in positive,connect exit/entrance of each channel with Y type connector, then it reduces the pulse. Pump head adopts PPS material ,it is better for chemical resistant . Instead of 2/4 channels of YZ15 pump head, volume is smaller.

1、 Head of support plate

2、 Card assembly:installation tube

3、Fine adjustment fastening screw,adjust gap of press tube.

4、Back of support plate

5、Circle support bar: connect head and back of support plates together, fix card assembly on the circle support bar.

6、head support plaste through-hole:Insert the socket head wrench into through-hole,then tighten the pump head installation screws. 

7、Card link-together: fix the card device on the circle support bar.
