Introduction

The Gas Evacuation System provides an extremely easy and practical method of anesthetizing small animals like mouse, rat and cat. It is able to deal with any organic anesthetic agent (e.g. Halothane, Isoflurane, Sevoflurane etc). In practice, the anesthetic vaporizer is administered to the animal via the sinner tube and excess Vaporizer scavenged via outer tube of the mask. This excess is then drawn through a filter contained charcoal which absorbs the anesthetic agent very efficiently onto the surface of specially treated charcoal granules.

The Gas Evacuation Apparatus, Mask with Tube（single or dual）and four Canisters are included in the Evacuation System.
