Cleaning system
The configuration of Germany high temperature resistant, corrosion resistantstainless steel circulation pump, to ensure that the outlet pressure;
Detergent and neutralizing liquid can be added automatically by peristaltic pump
Configuration of drainage pumps, can accelerate the drainage speed
The top and bottom are arranged rotary spray arm, the top and bottom of the spray arm has the optimized configuration of nozzle, spray cleaning no dead angle of 360 degrees and reduce water consumption;
Cleaning rack design: configurable cleaning tubes and beakers, cylinder, pipettes, culture dish and all the conventional glass instrument (can also customized special vessel rack);
Of the cleaning rack and pipeline cleaning: cleaning rack can be realized completely remove for cleaning, cleaning pipeline can be set self-cleaning procedures, that realize the regular cleaning for piping system.
Cleaning temperature: it can be heated from room temperature to 93 ℃ above, reached the level of medium disinfection。
Instrument internal can store two barrels of detergent, that meet the lab daily cleaning requirements; with the function remind the lack of liquid , timely to remind the user to add detergentt.
Drying system
Independent air heater design, that improve the efficiency of vessel drying.Realize the hot air drying for zhe vessels through the pipe of cleaning rack ,the drying temperature can be set at random between from room temperature to 99 ℃, the drying time between 1-99 minutes adjusted;
Allocation efficiency for 99.99% of the HEPA filter high efficiency filter, filter the air entering the drying system effectively, ensure the machine and pipeline cleaning by dry air,avoid cleaning items by air secondary pollution
In the drying process of the hot air jet through the nozzle of top, bottom spraying arm and nozzle of cleaning rack, thatensure rapid drying internal and external water vapor of glassware.
Safety Protection System:
With door seal protection system, under the condition of the door is not closed tightly, the instrument will not start;
With the two-point locking mechanism, that prevent water and steam overflow;
With the electronic security door-lock,that prevent the door opened by accident during the cleaning, drying process;
