Coagulated Blood DNA Mini-extraction Kit(Spin-column)
Principle
The kit applies special columns to separate blood blots according to the characteristics of whole blood to rapidly isolate DNA. First erythrocyte lysis buffer removes DNA-free erythrocyte. Nuclear lysis buffer splits leukocyte and DNA is released. Then protein precipitation buffer precipitates and removes protein selectively. Last the purified DNA is precipitated by isopropanol, and then DNA is dissolved in DNA dissolving buffer.

2.Simple and rapid. One preparation can be completed in 1 hour.
3.Stable result and high yield (the typical yield of 10ml whole blood about 150-500μg), high purity, the value of OD260/OD280 achieving 1.7-1.9. The Length of the genomic DNA is 50kb-150kb ,which can be applied to PCR，Southern-blot and digestions directly.
