Multi-format Capability. Single- and dual-channel data are accepted from a variety of customized and commercial microarray formats, such as Affymetrix Probe Arrays and Agilent DNA Microarrays.
Flexible Database. A Central database provides for storing gene expression data and annotation. The database uses Oracle technology and a flexible data storage schema developed by Rosetta Biosoftware.
Powerful Statistics. Technology-specific error models are leveraged to assign P-values and error bars to every single gene expression data point.
Rich Visualization Tools. The Rosetta Luminator System includes a number of useful and versatile visualization tools:
Plot Viewers visualize and compare single- and dual-channel data sets graphically with easy-to-use Intensity, Compare, Histogram, and Ratio Plot Viewers.
able Viewer displays gene expression profiling data in a customizable spreadsheet for export, analysis and reporting.
