The AU400 Bioprocess Analyzer is a high-performance analytical instrument specifically designed for monitoring biopharmaceutical and cell culture processes. The AU400 features a highly efficient and stable reaction unit, equipped with 81 semi-permanent special UV-transparent hard cuvettes to ensure accurate absorbance measurements. Its multifunctional sample and reagent units support a Peltier-cooled reagent disk, with 40 reagent positions and 40 sample positions that are plug-and-play and compatible with various EP tubes and sample cups. The high-precision micro-sampling unit uses an original U.S. ceramic integrated sampler and a Japanese sampling needle, with intelligent functions including liquid level detection, sample tracking, and 3D collision protection, ensuring accurate and reliable sampling.

The instrument’s nano-polished stirring system and robust cleaning workstation provide complete cross-contamination prevention, performing 18 automatic cleaning steps per cycle. The user-friendly control system supports automatic dilution measurement and calibration, real-time monitoring of sample, reagent, and reaction disks, as well as waste status, with comprehensive alarm functions.
