Cell Culture Flasks

Duoning cell culture flasks are manufactured with excellent and rigorous process, ensures the smooth body of the flasks, and reduces the risk of foaming during culture.

Duoning cell culture flasks have multiple uses, including cultivating mammalian cells (CHO cells, HEK 293 cells) for recombinant protein production. Excellent product design can greatly improve the efficiency of oxygen transfer inside the flask itself, thereby providing a better growth environment for cells.

Duoning cell culture flasks can be used with other cell culture equipment and consumables produced by Duoning, including carbon dioxide incubators with shakers and bioreactors.

Aseptic Transfer Cap

Duoning aseptic transfer caps are used for aseptic transfer during the expansion of suspension cells, effectively reducing the risk of contamination. The aseptic transfer cap consists of two ports: The vent port is connected to a 0.2 um air filter; The inner end of the liquid delivery port is connected to a chemically resistant hard tube immersed in the bottom part of the flask, and the outer side is connected to a 1/8”-1/4” thermoplastic tube.
