SUS aseptic tubing welder is a fully automatic equipment used for aseptic connection of TPE tubing outside laminar flow safety cabinet. It can be applied to automatic aseptic connections for disposable components, media storage bags and bioreactor.

Applications

• Aseptic welding of TPE tubing of fluid storage bag

• Aseptic welding of TPE tubing of feeding bag

• Aseptic welding of TPE tubing of sampling bag

Regardless of clean or non-clean area, the SUS welder can be used for aseptic connection of empty and liquid-filled tubing

• One device for all size, easy and quick holder exchange, automatic recognize the size, and execute corresponding procedures

Excellent welding performance:

• 0.3mm firm and reliable welding, approximately equal to the mechanical strength of the tubing, with few burrs on the inner wall, and the length <0.3mm

Easy and safe operation:

• Support default welding program, automatically run according to the corresponding size of the tube holder; support custom welding temperature and time;

• Fully automatic welding, support welding with liquid;

• Recovery function after unexpected shutdown
