DuoSealer™ Tiny is a fully automated process device designed for aseptically disconnecting thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) tubing, ensuring product sterility.

• Aseptic disconnection of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) tubing after connection for bioreactor feeding
• Aseptic disconnection of TPE tubing after connection to mixing or storage bags
• Aseptic disconnection after sampling from sampling bags using TPE tubing

Operating Procedure

1. Connect the power supply.

2. Lift the cover and place the TPE tubing between the heating plates, then close the cover.

3. Press the “Start” button on the touchscreen.

4. Wait for the beep sound indicating the sealing is complete.

5. Open the cover and remove the sealed TPE tubing.

6. Cut along the guide line to complete the aseptic disconnection.
