Hygienic Butterfly Valve
Sanitary butterfly valves are made of stainless steel materials such as SUS304 and SUS316L, complying with international standards such as ISO, DIN, GB/T, as well as GMP and FDA certification requirements. The valve body includes an annular seat, an elastic lining, and a butterfly plate. By rotating the butterfly plate 90° through the valve shaft into the gasket, the valve achieves the function of controlling fluid flow. Depending on different models and sizes, it can achieve working pressures up to 2.5 MPa and medium temperatures up to 210°C. It is mainly used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, and semiconductor industries
