Tank Bottom Valve is used for discharge of reaction vessels in clean industries such as pharmaceuticals, biology, fine chemicals, and food
Usually welded at the bottom of the tank, used as an outlet valve. This can empty, clean, and disinfect the medium inside the tank. In addition, valves can also be installed or welded to the tank cover or wall.

The sealing of the valve body is tightly attached to the tank wall, which can minimize dead zones as much as possible. Hygiene grade design allows the medium inside the tank to be emptied, cleaned, and disinfected.

The inner surface can be mechanically polished or electropolished to Ra0.25 μ m
The diaphragm completely isolates the medium from the driving mechanism.
Clean without dead corners, easy to clean with CIP/SIP, compliant with FDA/GMP.
• No dead corners discharge: The flow channel is smooth and straight, fitting the lowest point of the tank bottom, and the material can be completely emptied without residue.
• Anti clogging: Suitable for high viscosity, particle containing, and easily crystallizable media.
• Reliable sealing: Close tightly to prevent leakage (especially suitable for toxic, corrosive, and flammable media).
Special installation: directly installed at the bottom of the container (flange/welding), the valve body is mostly Y-shaped/angled structure.

5. Selection method
Upward tank bottom valve: When opened, the valve core lifts upwards and the material flows out from all sides.
