The automatic lifting rotary evaporator is an advanced laboratory evaporation system designed for efficient solvent evaporation, concentration, distillation, and recovery. Equipped with a motorized lifting mechanism, the evaporating flask can be automatically raised or lowered with one-touch control, ensuring safe and convenient operation during experiments.

Working Principle
The rotary flask rotates at a constant speed, and the water bath is heated at a constant temperature. Under these conditions, the material forms a large-area, uniform thin film on the inner wall of the evaporating flask and evaporates rapidly. Evaporation efficiency can be improved under vacuum conditions (vacuum device required). The solvent vapor is cooled into liquid as it passes through the glass condenser coil (cooling device required).
Features
- The glass parts are made of GG-17 high borosilicate glass, which is acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, and high-temperature resistant.
- Large-diameter triple-flow spiral condenser structure.
- The sealing system uses a combination of imported fluororubber and Teflon for bidirectional sealing, ensuring corrosion resistance, long service life, and maintaining a high vacuum.
- The control panel is a digital display for the heating bath, intelligent temperature control, accurate temperature transmission, and convenient operation.
- The inner pot is made of high-quality SS304, which is corrosion-resistant and durable. The outer layer of the inner pot is coated with a silicone layer for safer use at high temperatures.
