Our KSD series of spray dryer is a type of drying equipment developed based on domestic and foreign spray dryers, and is suitable for drying liquids with low temperature sensitivity and high viscosity. Its working principle is as follows: Cold air is filtered through a filter, then enters the heater, is heated to a certain temperature, and then enters the air distributor at the top of the spray tower. The hot air flows evenly and spirally towards the bottom of the tower. The liquid material is pumped to the centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower by a special pump. The liquid material is torn into extremely small droplets. The liquid droplets and hot air flow in parallel and come into contact, exchanging heat thoroughly. The water content in the liquid material rapidly vaporizes and evaporates, drying into the finished product in a very short time. The finished product is separated by a cyclone separator and discharged into the atmosphere, while the waste gas is discharged by an induced draft fan.

The fins are made of aluminum alloy, which improves the heat transfer coefficient and heat exchange efficiency.
