Recommended volume ratio: 1:1.

Important Notes:

Large or dense solid samples should be physically lysed before preservation.

After adding DNA/RNA preservation solution to solid samples, mix thoroughly (e.g., invert 10 times) and let stand for 5 minutes to ensure full penetration before long‑term storage.

For urine samples, it is recommended to use DNA/RNA Urine Sample Preservation Solution BRZ002.
