SG-PRV reusable perfusion rotating wall culture container can be sterilized at high temperature (wet heat method, 121 ° C) and reused. Users only need to independently replace the built-in gas exchange membrane to maintain the performance of the culture container for a long time. The SG-PRV reusable perfusion rotating wall culture vessel is equipped with a hydrogen peroxide reactor to ensure sufficient gas exchange between the inside and outside of the reaction vessel, while allowing for the construction of a simulated vascular culture environment that is 100% filled with culture medium, free of bubble interference, and continuously perfused with culture medium.  
 
The SG-PRV perfusion rotating wall culture container includes two types: single chamber and double chamber. The double chamber design has two independent culture chambers, and the nutrients, cytokines, etc. between the culture chambers can be interconnected. This double chamber culture container can be used for co culture research.

The SG-PRV perfusion rotating wall reaction vessel axis is equipped with isolation columns, and users can choose isolation columns with different pore sizes according to the size of the cultured cells, which can avoid the risk of cell loss during continuous perfusion of the culture medium.
