The bacti-cinerator sterilizer sterilizes micro-organisms utilizing infrared heat produced by a ceramic core element. The ceramic element contains no asbestos and ensures maximum sterility without splatter across the work surface area. Complete sterilization occurs within 5-7 seconds at optimum sterilizing temperature of 1500 ºF (815.6 ºC).

The angle of the heating body is adjustable, the horizontal downward adjustment is 40 degrees, and the horizontal upward adjustment is 15 degrees. In addition to sterilizing needles, tweezers, and scissors, it can also sterilize triangular bottle mouths, test tube bottle mouths, and petri dishes commonly used in laboratories.
