Principle
This kit includes all the reagents for the synthesis of miRNA first-strand cDNA. It adopts the pre-mixing technology and uses 4×One Step miRNA RT Mix to efficiently synthesize the miRNA first-strand cDNA chain.
The cDNA product containing the specific terminal sequence of tag and 15T cDNA (3’-NV T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T GACCTGGAC--5’) is directly obtained by using the method of simultaneously conducting the Poly(A) tailing reaction and the cDNA synthesis reaction.
Obtain the high-concentration cDNA products of reverse transcription of mRNAs, cDNA can be used for fluorescence quantitative detection.
Application
It is widley used to synthesize cDNA strands.
