Matuzumab biosimilar is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody against human EGFR. As it only has approximately 10% murine origin it has limited immunogenicity, and being IgG1 it is capable of inducing antibody dependent cell cytotoxicity (ADCC).Matuzumab biosimilar is produced in mammalian (Chinese hamster ovary) cell culture.  

Matuzumab biosimilar is supplied at a concentration of 10 mg/mL as a sterile, preservative-free, non-pyrogenic, clear, colorless liquid, which contains 20mM Tris buffered saline and Water for Injection.
