UTOOLIGO is a flexible and intuitive full-automatic oligonucleotide synthesizer, which can be used for 1 μ The rapid synthesis of mol-50mmol nucleic acid sample is suitable for clinical research, medical development and the synthesis of molecular diagnostic probes.
AUTOOLIGO comes in four models:

Unique AutoOligo adopts a high-precision metering pump drive system, which is compatible with reagents for nucleic acid synthesis. The adoption of flow solid phase column synthesis technology can significantly reduce reagent consumption, ensure the accurate control of reaction speed and contact time, and at the same time, the synthesis efficiency is higher, facilitating linear amplification, so as to obtain cost-effective and high-quality synthesis results.

Case 2: Synthesis of DNA 63mer oligonucleotide fragments:
Purpose:
Synthesize one ssDNA strand, 63mer (not listed due to the requirements of sequence confidentiality), with the synthesis amount of 174 μ Mol, the purity requirement after purification is more than 95%.
Room temperature 25 ℃, humidity 60%
● Experimental instruments and reagents:

● Results and analysis
The purity of the crude product was 46.3% and 97.8% after one-step reverse phase chromatography. Finally, the molecular weight of the target product is 19344, which is in line with the theoretical molecular weight of the target product (19342.64)
Case 4: RNA 76mer synthesis
Purpose:
Synthesis of one RNA chain, 76 mer, synthesis amount 70 μ mol
Instrument: AUTOOLIGO Result analysis:
The initial synthesis purity was 69.61%, and the purity was 93.93% after one-step purification. The molecular weight detected by mass spectrometry is 25133, which is consistent with the theoretical value (25131.2).
