Overview

PriboStrip^TM PEANUT Food Allergen Rapid Test Strip is an immuno-chromatographic test for the qualitative detection of peanut in food. The test should be used for the detection of small amounts of peanut (residues). This test is suitable for the detection of unknown ingredient or ambiguous labeling in processed food,thus is a suitable food allergen control tool for the detection of peanut. This test is also suitable for food quality control in food processing plants specifically with inbound goods, processing stages and final product.

All reagents required for the test are included in the test kit.

Results are interpreted visually. 

Sensitivity

0.1 ppm peanut proteins isolate.

Note: LOD(limit of determination) = Sensitivity × Dilution Ratio 

Specificity:

No cross-reaction with seafood,casein,soy, gluten, buckwheat, egg and almond.
