For immunoaffinity column sample preparation

Instructions​

Take out the immunoaffinity chromatography column, take out the upper stopper and cut it obliquely, and insert it back on the affinity column;
----Fix the column with the glass syringe on the pump flow operation frame, and load the treated solution;
----Remove the plug under the affinity column and adjust the switch to make the liquid flow out at a speed of 1d/s;
----After the liquid is drained, wash twice with 10% methanol aqueous solution, each 10mL, with a flow rate of 2d/s;
----After the liquid is drained, load 1mL of 80% methanol water, connect the eluent with the sample bottle, and the flow rate is 1d/s;
----After elution, the liquid can be used for HPLC detection.
* Before use, the immunoaffinity chromatography column should be returned to room temperature (22~25℃).
* The last liquid should be completely drained before each sample loading.
