Applications:
AE-TC100 gradient PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) instrument is a 6-channel independent temperature-controlled gene amplification instrument upgraded from a common 96-well gradient PCR instrument.
The annealing temperature is the key to the success of PCR. The temperature of each column of wells of the AE-TC100 gradient PCR instrument can be set according to the gradient within the specified range, and the optimum reaction conditions can be found out in one step according to the results. A series of different annealing temperature conditions can be setin one PCR amplification. Since the different amplified DNA fragments have different most suitable annealing temperatures, the amplification is performed by setting a series of gradient annealing temperatures, so that the most suitable annealing temperatures can be obtained by one PCR amplification, which provides guiding reference temperature settings for subsequent effective specific amplification.    This instrument is used to study the amplification of unknown DNA annealing temperatures. Fewer PCR reactions can save the experimental time, improve the experimental efficiency and reduce the experimental cost. This instrument can also be used as an ordinary PCR without setting a gradient. Gradient PCR instruments are mainly used by scientific research and teaching institutions.
