Flame Photometer

Application:
This instrument is used for analyzing & measuring the content & concentration of elements (K, Na, Li, Ca, Ba). It can be widely applied to agriculture (soil, fertilizer, tobacoo), industry (cement, glass, ceramics, mineral or ore powder, fireproof material), food (wine, water), laboratory, clinical experiments and pathology research (serum, urine, plasma), etc.

Advantages:
1.A flameout protection device:
Our models adopts Ion induction flame-out protection installation: In case of flameout, the machine will stop igniting after 7 seconds constant ignition, and then solenoid valve will turn off the gas valve automatically with light and sound alarm, high sensitivity, safe and reliable. 
*Compared with our Ion induction installation, some flame photometer adopts thermocouple flame-out protection installation, which is more difficult on ignition: it needs increasing volume of gas when igniting, meanwhile, the machine cannot detected it until when the fire burns the thermocouple. What’s more, in case of flameout, it can be protective only when the temperature of thermocouple drops, which easily lead to gas leak. 
*Compared with our Ion induction installation, some other flame photometer adopts photoelectric detection, which have below disadvantage: Once opening chimney, it is easily to be judged ignited once the natural light is into the machine, resulting in gas leak. Once closing chimney, LPG cannot relief in time, which will leads “bang” explosion. After the first igniting, vapor appears in the inner glass tube, which easily lead misjudgment. 

2.With new-type nebulizer: long service life, easy installation and maintenance.
The nozzle is made of PTFE, which is acid and alkali corrosion, and is different organic solvent corrosion. And spare sampling needle is made of stainless steel 304. For a long time after use, sample injection will be slower, if you wanna to adjust it to its best state. Then only need to clean the dirt in the needle by finer wire or ear syringe ball, then use hexagonal wrench to loose the side fixed screws, and adjust the distance of the needles up and down. 

3. With automatic ignition system:
Metal button switch, with silver plated contactor, which makes it long service life. Blue light will be on after ignition, achieving elegant appearance.  
Press the ‘IGNITION START/STOP’ button to start igniting, the igniter will keep igniting for 7 seconds, then stopped auto igniting. Once received the single of fire, igniter will stop igniting, and solenoid valve will keep up startup state. 

4. With Relief Valve.
Pressure gauge is on the bottom surface of the main machine, which is easy to check its value. And the regulating valve is on the above surface of the main machine, which is easy to regulate when there is some changes for the pressure. From the side, users can watched whether there is any water or not in the relief valve’s water cup. What’s more, there is drain valve on the back of the main machine. 

5. With removable combustion head.
For a long-time after use, there will be carbon deposition in the combustion head. At this point, user only need to remove the combustion head by unscrewing anticlockwise the knurled screw, and then can clean and change it very easy.
