cDNA libraries allow the study of tissue specific gene expression. A custom cDNA library will contain a stable DNA representation of the mRNA present in a specific tissue at the time of collection. We use optimized protocols and either a phage or plasmid-based vector system to get the best possible results. We will provide technical support for the safe storage and handling of your custom cDNA library.

Sample Requirements

Properly collected and processed starting material, and its quantity, are critical for a successful cDNA library construction. The minimum amounts we required are as following:
