Carbohydrate analysis by HPAE-PAD

High Performance Anion-Exchange Chromatography with Pulsed Ameromentric Detection (HPAE-PAD) is a well established method for carbohydrate analysis. Using Dionex CarboPac columns, HPAE-PAD provides high-resolution separations of sugar alcohols, mono-, di-, poly-, and oligosaccharides, sialic acids, and a wide variety of other carbohydrates. We also offer small particle columns for high-pressure ion chromatography systems.
