Operating Principle:
Graphite furnace is a kind of electronic heating atomization unit that is divided into both parts: power supply of temperature control and graphite electronic heat of atomization instrument. If the atomization instrument is off and the temperature is up to 3000℃, it can give quick atomization and generate great spectrum absorption in atomization instrument, thus greatly improves the sensitivity of atomic absorption instrument. Because this unit can do trace analysis to major metal elements, it is used widely for environmental monitoring of underground water, surface water etc. and inspection field of drinking water, food, health and medicine nonferrous metal, rock & mine analysis.

Intellectualized design of full range computer control is used for Model HGS-II graphite furnace, nine heating program can achieve stage or slop type of temperature adjustment. The inner or outer gas protection switches can be freely set if the water temperature is too high or the cooling water pressure is too low, then it can give an alarm and stop heating.
Higher Measuring Precision
This unit is designed with an optical controlled system at international level. At the stage of sample atomization, it achieves automatic full power heating which improved the sensitivity and precision and can remove the disturbance of all kinds of remaining elements.
Locking device in the tube of graphite furnace with pneumatic method ensures graphite tube contact with the ends of electrode, so the operating temperature in graphite tube will always be kept same, thus, greatly improves the measuring precision.
