Product Description (NOE)
The small animal nose-only exposure system is suitable for nose-only administration and inhalation exposure experiments on mice, rats, guinea pigs, and other experimental animals. The system has good air tightness and uniform exposure concentration. It is suitable for nose-only inhalation contamination experiments of inhalable substances such as liquid aerosol, dust aerosol, nanoparticle aerosol, and smoke. The system can ensure the consistency of the inhaled exposure dose of animals in the same experimental group, realize online concentration detection of aerosols and real-time online sampling, and adopt a high-precision control system to ensure the uniformity and stability of exposure.
The animal exposure system can test various substances, including drugs, air pollutants, PM2.5, organic substances, industrial hygiene, agricultural chemicals, etc. It can carry out acute and chronic contamination, hypobaria, hyperbaria, hypoxia, hyperoxia and other gas exposure experiments. · Exhaust Gas Treatment & Poisoning Chamber
It has a professional multi-stage exhaust gas treatment module, and the exhaust gas can meet the laboratory safety emission requirements after treatment. Provide a contamination chamber to ensure the safety of experimenters
· Security Alarm
Environmental indicators abnormal alarm: too low oxygen concentration, too high carbon dioxide will lead to animal death. When the set safety is exceeded, the system automatically starts an alarm. Alarm setting parameters: oxygen concentration, carbon dioxide concentration, temperature system abnormal alarm.
· Supported Infected Sample Sources
Support liquid aerosol generator, dust aerosol generator, nanoparticle aerosol generator, PM2.5 enrichment and generator, cigarette smoke generator, SO2/ozone/NO2 gas, pollen, etc.
