1. Application fields

Spray drying is suitable for the production and production of uniform powder. Such as: pharmaceutical, dye, food, beverage, pigment, milk and egg products, plant and vegetable products, heat sensitive materials, plastics, polymers, resins, spices, ceramics, soap, detergent, blood, adhesives, oxides, textiles, bone, teeth, etc.

This machine is mainly suitable for the laboratory to directly convert liquid materials into micro powder, without the need to filter, concentrate and crush the materials before drying. It has broad-spectrum applicability for all solutions such as emulsion and suspension.

2. Technical advantages:

Spray drying can directly obtain samples with good shape, and the particles are natural spheroid, and the drying speed is fast. The products obtained by other drying methods, such as drying, freeze-drying or rotary evaporation, are consolidated. If we need to get powder products, we also need to grind and filter, and the product particle size and shape are irregular.
