The model of CC-100---CC-200 ultra high vacuum environment manual flashboard valve can be used to vacuum and ultra high vacuum system, with simple operation and easy install, adopt stainless steel valve, and the drive parts is made of stainless steel bellows, sealed with low deflate FI rubber ring, it has the features of fast-transfer, short-journey, well-seal and low-deflate etc. For insuring the reliability of the valve, when using, the firing temperature must below 150¡æ.
