The Oil-water Type Tubular Centrifuge is used for the grease which contains water and sludge, such as waste fuel oil waste, lube oil, and transformer oil. Meanwhile it also can be used for biological oil and vegetable oil which contains water and sludge.
Oil water separator is used for separating liquid-liquid or liquid-liquid-solid, especially for the separation of various emulsion which has high viscosity、slight gravity difference. Such as fuel oil waste, diesel oil, lube oil, and transformer oil, biodiesel and animal oil, vegetable oil oil-water separator The structure is consisted of driving group 、collecting pan group、 main body group、bowl group and  liquid-in bearing group.
The separator consists of machine body, driving part, bowl, liquid collecting tray and liquid inlet bearing seat etc. On top of the bowl is the flexible spindle and at the bottom is the damping floating bearing. The spindle is coupled with driven wheel by buffer on the coupling seat. The motor transmit power to the driving wheel through drive belt and tension wheel, thus for the bowl to rotate around its own axis at high speed, to form a strong centrifugal force field. The material is injected inside from the liquid inlet at the bottom, and the centrifugal force compels the clarification liquid to flow upwards along the inner wall of bowl, and the clarification liquid flows out from the outlet. The solid deposit in the bowl and it will be discharged by manual after the machine is shut down.
