The ULtraFast LabChip Real-time PCR G2-4 System includes a real-time PCR machine, plastic LabChips, and a LabChip case. It takes 9 min to perform 30 cycles of real-time PCR(SYBR Green).
One reaction can analyze 16 samples with 2-color(FAM and Cy5) simultaneously.

Since founded in 2009, NANOBIOSYS has focused on the development of a new concept of the rapid and accurate molecular diagnostic system for easy detection of disease pathogens. Currently,we generated "UltraFast LabChip Sample Prep and Real-time PCR Systems" for rapid quantification of disease pathogens.

It takes 5-10 min to isolate DNA from sputum of tuberculosis(TB)patient and 15 min to perform 30cycles of real-time PCR using our LabChip-based Sample Prep and Real-time Systems. Their Size and weight were miniaturized for convenient applications in biomedical researches,human disease studies, food and animal pathogen analysis,and environmental bio-contamination detections.

We also applying the same concept for the development of ultra-efficient LabChip-based immunoassay systems to make a break-through in typical barriers of low sensitivity and specificity.
