PP Centrifugal Blower for Laboratory Fume Hood Use
Technical Process: the shell is processed and welded by hot air from high quality PP board, and the blade is made by high pressure injection molding.
Function: the fan can extract toxic or corrosive gases in the temperature range of -8 degrees to +80 degrees.
Features
- Anti-corrosion plastic, good insulation, acid and alkali resistance, not easy to aging, with certain mechanical strength.
- Air/Exhaust Outlet: the outlet can be specially produced at any angle according to customer needs.
- Drive mode: adopting direct drive by motor, thus adopt multiple protective measures to protect the drive shaft or fan from corrosion.
- Body: equipped with electric air regulating motor, controlled by switch.
- Blocking blade: the effective drive angle is 90⁰, which can be directly connected with air ducts of arious diameters, the operation is simple.
- Product models: can be divided into various models 100-1000mm according to the exhaust outlet’s diameter
- The PP fan has speed of 3 gears, used in ventilation system to adjust the air volume.
