Syclon-2H UV cross-linking is a versatile instrument 254nm UV radiation system, mainly used for the DNA cross-linking in the membrane. Can also be used to cut DNA in agarose gels, RecA mutation screening to move part of pyrimidine dimers produced by restriction enzyme digestion, UA off to eliminate PCR contamination. UV sterilization, polymer UV treatment also has application value.
